Please leave your name, email, and order number with the reason for your return or exchange and a team member will get back to you with return instructions!

Returns

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the shipping date for a store credit.

All accessories are final sale.

Sale items can either be returned for store credit (in the form of a gift card) or exchanged for a different size in the same item (pending product availability). If you opt to send a sale item back for store credit, the final store credit will exclude any shipping fees, this includes the initial and return shipping costs.

At this time we do not cover return shipping costs. A return can be initiated by emailing our team at info@upanddown.shop with the order number, the item(s) to be returned, and any reasons for the return. Once the return request has been received, our team will reply with the next steps. 

Items can be exchanged for a different size of the same item only. If you would like to exchange for a different item, you can return the original item for a store credit and use the credit to purchase a different item.

UP AND DOWN is not responsible for any lost or untraceable returns so be sure to use a carrier that offers tracking services.

Clothing must meet the following criteria for a refund:

-unworn & unwashed

-tags still attached

-hygiene strip attached (swimwear)

-no stains (makeup or spray tan)

-scent free (perfume or deodorant) 

-shoes must be returned in the original box they were sent in

*PLEASE DO NOT ATTACH A RETURN LABEL DIRECTLY TO THE SHOE BOX. Place the shoes in carrier accepted packaging (or original packaging that the shoe box was sent in) and attach the label to the outside of the packaging, leaving the shoe box fully intact.
