Order Refund Lottery Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion is open to all email subscribers of Up and Down who are aged 18 years or over and residing in the United States.

  2. To participate in the promotion, email subscribers must purchase clothing items from Up and Down between Friday the 28th of April and Sunday the 30th of April 2023.

  3. Each purchase made during the promotional period will earn the participant one entry into the Order Refund Lottery. Multiple entries are allowed, with one entry per purchase.

  4. The Order Refund Lottery will select three orders made within the promotional period at random, and the selected participants will receive a full refund for their purchases.

  5. The winners of the Order Refund Lottery will be notified via email within 7 days of the promotion ending.

  6. Up and Down reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and disqualify any entries that do not meet the promotional requirements.

  7. Up and Down reserves the right to modify or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.

  8. By participating in this promotion, participants agree to these terms and conditions and the decisions of Up and Down, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
